TEAM
The FromU2Them nonprofit platform was founded by two friends Akshat Gupta (Metro Realty) and Varun Talreja (Talreja Group). Our team was formed by the coming together of their friends, colleagues and professional networks - each joining the FromU2them cause pro-bono, dedicated to a common fight against the covid crisis in India.
Each of our team members is a leader in their field of work - directors of non-profit foundations, finance and accounting specialists, heads of business houses, lawyers, marketing masterminds, yoga & fitness gurus, and most importantly, regular citizens like you and me, who are determined to help those in need.
We all share one common dream - a dream that India can rise again. While the country is suffering from one of its worst humanitarian crises, the citizens have always shown resilience and stood up to bombings, terrorist attacks, and natural calamities.
This is a country that has embraced the diversity of every religion, diversity in every culture and diversity in every smile. A country that has thrived despite this diversity with a density of population that can seem unimaginable anywhere else in the world. A country that is the custodian of 1.3 billion dreams.

OPERATE
The team works closely with local government authorities and other non-profit organisations to create accountable databases of people and institutions that are in need of help both for food and medical supplies such as oxygen concentrators.
Transparency is one of our core values and a guiding principle of our platform. We take our impact accountability seriously and provide donors above a certain valuewith detailed reports of the impact made by their contributions. Informing them exactly where their pledge goes and where their money is spent is important to us.

FromU2them has partnered with the International Association Of Human Values (IAHV) for its Food & Grain distribution.
IAHV sources their food and grain directly from farmers who have lost their income due to the breakdown of supply chains caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and works in partnership with a powerful distribution chain that reaches every slum and every sealed off containment zone in the city.
The International Association for Human Values (IAHV), a partner organization of the Art of Living was founded by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to foster a deeper understanding of the values that unite us as a human community around the globe.
IAHV is an international volunteer-based NGO in special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations which along with the Art of living has touched the lives of people in 155 countries around the world. An international humanitarian NGO, IAHV implements social development programs aimed at increasing global equity, sustainable development initiatives, and social justice for all human beings on the planet.
